Freebets.de will reimburse anyone that signs up through us that has a valid complaint.
The value of the refund from us is a maximum per person of $1000.
How we will determine if the complaint is valid?
Freebets.de through its parent company Betpartners are members of the Gambling Affiliates Union (GAU) and in the event that the sportsbook/casino is in the wrong and won’t accept reason we will then ask the GAU to intervene.
If the GAU finds in your favour and the Sportsbook/Casino still does not do the right thing we at Freebets.de will reimburse you up to $1000.
What is the GAU?
The GAU is an organisation that looks after the interests of websites that promote Sportsbooks/Casinos.
They are not associated with any Sportsbooks/Casinos and accept no funding in any form from them.
Their sole aim is to make sure that webmasters are treated correctly and therefore if a user from our site has a complaint against a Sportsbook/Casino they will act on our behalf.
What Complaints can you make?
Any, is the simple answer if you feel you are being ripped off.
If you think they have done wrong with a free offer or if they have not settled a bet correctly, if the complaint involves your money and its valid we will act on your behalf and do whatever we can to get your money back.
If we cannot and the GAU finds in your favour and the Sportsbook/Casino does not accept the finding you are covered by our guarantee.
What happens to the Sportsbook/Casino if you claim the guarantee
We will also remove any Sportsbook/Casino that fails to accept a GAU decision that involves anyone that signs up through us and brings the complaint to us.
If they accept the final decision of the GAU then they will not neccasarily be removed.
Any Conditions attached to this?
The only conditions are that you must have signed up to the Sportsbook/Casino through us and the guarantee is a maximum $1000 per person and not per complaint.
As an example if you have been awarded a refund of $500 by us on one complaint through our gaurantee then you are still entitled to another $500 worth of guarantee.
What does the Gaurantee cover?
We guarantee not only every single offer on the website but any future bets you may make with the Sportsbook/Casino in question whilever they are kept on our site.
If we remove a site then any future complaints against them are no longer covered by the guarantee.
Easiest way to explain this is with an example:
If Someone signs up through us with any Sportsbook/Casino on our site and makes a complaint at a later date and that particular Sportsbook/Casino is still on our site the gaurantee is covered.
If however 6 months after we remove them or 6 years or even 6 days and someone brings a complaint then the gaurantee is not covered.
